RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any paid services and products
Only items that are deemed as defective at manufacturing or are eligible for refund in store credits for future purchases. Refunds on services are only applicable for unfortunate medical circumstances. All problems arising from defects at manufacturing must be alerted to us within 14 days of delivery.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Please send an image of the defect to Haslinda@screenbox.com.sg whereby our customer service team will review the defect and approve/reject the request. Refunds on services are only applicable under unfortunate medical circumstances.
Please allow up to 3 working days for your request to be accessed. Upon approval, you will receive your refunds via store credits.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your email account again.
