RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Only items that are deemed as defective at manufacturing are eligible for refund in store credits for future purchases. All problems arising from defects at manufacturing must be alerted to us within 14 days of delivery.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Please send an image of the defect to Haslinda@screenbox.com.sg whereby our customer service team will review the defect and approve/reject the request.
Please allow up to 3 working days for your request to be accessed. Upon approval, you will receive your refunds via store credits.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your email account again.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your store credits, please contact us at Haslinda@screenbox.com.sg
