What is PILATES?

Pilates is a method of exercise that consists of low-impact flexibility and muscular strength and endurance movements. Pilates emphasizes proper postural alignment, core strength and muscle balance.

Day/Time: Saturdays, 8:00am
Location: Jurong Lake Gardens, Open Area beside Passionwave Building. 
What To Bring: Mat & Water Bottle 

Per Entry - $20
$90 - 5 sessions (existing Bootcamper)
$118 - 6 sessions + registration fee (new Bootcamper)

Kindly note: 5 session packages have a 10 week expiry date from commencement of first session
